- 2 part of a chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 egg whites
- 4 ounces mozzarella
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1To begin with, prepare an oven with a high heat around 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 204 degree Celsius. Coat a baking pan with a bread sheet or aluminum foil and spray it out with a vegetable oil. Cut each part of the chicken breast with an elongated shape until you have 4 pieces of them. You only can use a chicken breast because it consists of low fat.
2Add some Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper powder in a full bowl. Combine them until blended well. In another bowl, whisk the white egg until foamy. Then, cut some mozzarella in 4 slices, or you can grate and divide them into the same portion.
