- 2 Cups Cauliflower
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 Large Ripe green plantain
- 3 teaspoon of Coconut sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Large avocado
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 3 teaspoon of cumin
- Two teaspoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper

1To start, prepare an oven with medium heat for about 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius. Cook a coconut until it cooked well and had a brown color. You have to spend only 2 – 3 minutes.
