Ingredients:

  • 100 gr unsalted whole roasted almonds
  • 100 gr unsalted whole roasted peanuts, dried
  • 100 gr chopped roasted walnuts
  • 60 gr puffed rice
  • A tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 50 ml of brown rice syrup
  • 30 ml of honey
  • A half teaspoon of vanilla
  • A half teaspoon of sea salt
  • 100 gr dark chocolate chips

Directions:

1First, prepare an 8-inch pan that has been covered with aluminum foil that is overhanging a few inches on each side. Then, prepare a large bowl, grease with butter or oil. Then, put the ingredients like nuts, flaxseed meal along with the puffed rice. Set aside.

2To make the sauce, prepare a small saucepan and put the sauce ingredients like brown rice syrup, vanilla, honey and salt as the seasoning. Cook these ingredients over medium heat and bring to boil. After that, occasionally stir the mixture for two more minutes.

3After you make the sauce, pour it over the nut mixture and combine them until completely mixed. Then, remove the mixture into the pan. Here, make sure you spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the pan. In other words, make no gaps among the mixture while spreading it.

4Then, let the mixture cool for around 20 minutes. After that, get the overhanging foil to take the block out of the pan and remove it to a cutting board. Here, you can cut into 10 bars and let it cool again until it is completely cool before you give the chocolate drizzling.

5To make the chocolate drizzling, you need a microwave-safe bowl to put the dark chocolate chips in it. Then, microwave the chocolate chips in 30 seconds intervals. Also, don;t forget to stir the chocolate every each interval until it completely melts down.
