- 13 russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1Peel small potatoes and cut the potatoes on a cutting board but you have not to cut through. Heat an oven to around 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 225 degree Celsius. Then you have to prepare into a large pot and add 2 cups of water to it and boil. Add some baking soda, salt, and potatoes that you have already cut into a large saucepan. If a fork can evenly pierce through the potatoes, it means that the potatoes are already cooked well. Drain and set aside.
2Mix the olive oil, salt, garlic that has been minced, a pinch of black pepper and rosemary into a saucepan and heat over a small flame. Don’t forget to stir them until they have a good smell or a clove of garlic turn into a brown color. Put the potatoes into it and add extra salt and pepper to taste.
