For the dates, it is recommended for you to use the Medjool dates. You may use the regular ones but make sure you soak them first because the texture is much drier than Medjool dates.
- 100 gr of walnuts
- 100 gr of almonds
- 200 gr chopped dates
- 65 grams and two teaspoons of cocoa powder, choose the unsweetened one
- 100 gr shredded coconut flakes
1Firstly, you need to prepare a food processor and put the walnuts along with the almonds in it. Process until you can see a form of dough from these two ingredients. Next, put also the dates, shredded coconut flakes, cocoa powder, and salt. Process again until it is completely mixed.
