How to make Oatmeal Date Bars with Chocolate Topping

Ingredients:

  • 600 gr of whole rolled oats
  • 150 gr of peanut butter
  • 50 ml of honey
  • 15 pieces of soft dates
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 400 gr of chocolate chips
  • A tablespoon of butter
  • 30 gr of milk

Directions:

1First, prepare a food processor and put the whole rolled oats in it. Next, pulse the oat for around a minute and put them in a bowl. Next, add the dates into the food processor and pulse too. After that, add the oats back to the dates.
