How to make Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry

- 1⁄4 free chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 lb peeled jumbo shrimp
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup vertically sliced onion
1Prepare a small bowl and combine a chicken broth, rice vinegar, a low sodium soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and red pepper flakes that already crushed. Stir all of the ingredients until they mixed well. Then, preheat a nonstick frying pan in a medium-high heat and add canola oil on it. Add a ginger and garlic until 30 seconds.
2Before it, wash the shrimp with clean water and put it out in another bowl. Sprinkled the shrimp with salt and bit pepper. Put shrimp in a frying pan which has been heated. Mixed it well for 3 minutes or until the color change become pink. After it’s done. Remove the tasty shrimp from the frying pan and put it out in a small bowl.
